Resignation of Senior Vice President of Merchandising
Vipshop Holdings Limited (NYSE: VIPS), a leading online discount retailer for brands in China (“Vipshop” or the “Company’), today announced that Ms. Maggie Mei Chuan Hung has tendered her resignation as senior vice president of merchandising for the Company effective July 1, 2016. Ms. Hung intends to further her education in the United Kingdom and will continue to serve as a senior consultant to Vipshop.
